What Comes Standard with Every Package
Every booking gives you 14 hours of access from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. You get our 6,600 sq. ft. Grand Hall seating up to 350 guests with a dance floor, the 3,000 sq. ft. covered open air chapel with ivory walls and Hill Country views, and the 2,500 sq. ft. covered terrace for cocktail hour. Private Bridal and Groom’s Suites, tables, chairs, climate control with dimmable lights, a bar with indoor and outdoor access, a caterer’s prep kitchen, on site venue management, and parking with ADA access are all included.
The Venue Rental Package
Our Venue Rental is for couples who want full control. You bring in your own caterer, DJ, photographer, florist, and other vendors. Outside vendors are welcome, though caterers need a certificate of insurance 30 days before your event, and security is required when alcohol is served. Bar service runs through Peak Beverage, our in house partner with TABC certified bartenders. We share a preferred vendor list with every booked couple, so you always have solid recommendations.
The All Inclusive Package
Our All Inclusive package adds coordinated services on top of the Venue Rental. You get an in house wedding coordinator, 8 hours of photography, florals for your ceremony and reception, floral decor for guest tables, linen rentals, a DJ for six hours, and security. Catering includes three buffet options with service staff, cake cutting, cleanup, and a tasting for up to four. Bar service covers TABC certified bartenders with wine and beer, and you choose a wedding cake or desserts from preferred bakers. Your Hill Country Bliss coordinator helps manage included vendor selections and coordinates bookings according to your package agreement. You have 30 days to finalize choices, and package couples get complimentary venue access for engagement sessions.
The Simple Package
Our Simple Package at Hill Country Bliss sits between the other two. It includes coordination, catering with three buffet options, bar service, security, linen rentals, and engagement session access. Photography, florals, DJ, and dessert stay in your hands. This works well for couples who want food, drinks, and coordination handled but prefer to pick their own creative vendors.
