Our All-Inclusive Package is a great way to plan your wedding or event and remain stress-free through your entire planning process! In the package, we have reserved the best of the best in the industry; so your event team is sure to perform efficiently and flawlessly. We do our best to give you the greatest value by negotiating set prices at extremely competitive rates. Though the majority of your vendors are set; your package is 100% customizable! You get to pick the colors, the music, the flowers, your menu and all the tiny details in between; with the assistance of an experienced planner to guide you along the way.
What’s Included
- 14 hours of Wedding Venue Rental.
- Complimentary exclusive use of the venue for engagement sessions for package couples.
- Tables & chairs, with set up and breakdown.
- Linen rentals for guest tables and accent tables.
- Includes an in-house wedding coordinator that provides consulting, package vendor management, day-of coordination, and more.
- 8 hours of Professional Photography (choose from 3 of our preferred photographers).
- Professional Florist for wedding party, ceremony, and reception (choose from 2 of our preferred florists).
- 3 full catering buffet menu options including service staff, cake cutting, vendor meals, end of night cleanup, and tasting for up to 4 people.
- Upgrades available for china place settings, glassware, cloth napkins, etc. from the caterer.
- End of night clean up included.
- Choice of wedding cake or desserts (choose from 2 of our preferred bakers).
- TABC Certified Bartenders with unlimited wine & beer, based on guest count.
- Event security included, based on guest count.
- Professional DJ to service your event for 6 hours (choose from 2 of our preferred DJs).
- Professional floral décor for guest tables.
- Your vendor selections will be booked by your coordinator or venue staff based on your package contract.
- All vendor add-ons or upgrades must be paid directly to the vendor by the client, in addition to the entire package contract price paid to the venue.
Please note: Once your HCB Package is booked, you have 30 days to make your vendor selections through your Wedding Coordinator.
Simple Package
The HCB Simple Package is a great way to plan your wedding with reduced stress since many of your key vendors are already decided for you! You only have a few choices to make and a few vendors left to hire with the assistance of an experienced wedding coordinator to guide you along the way. Your Wedding Coordinator will contact you soon to begin the planning process for your package. Cheers to weddings!
